Patagonia Men's Dawn Shoe

Perfect for casual times, Patagonia's sneaker-style Dawn Shoe has an environmentally friendly design and a dense insole for all-day comfort. Patagonia applied the same earth-friendly manufacturing processes used on their recycled fleece outerwear to their shoes, adding at least 15% recycled materials in the compression molded EVA midsole and 20% recycled rubber in the outsole. Patagonia also used natural hemp laces in the Patrol. Hemp is environmentally smart because it has a short growing cycle, requires little water or pesticides, and resists molds and bacteria in a variety of conditions. You'll also find hemp as a substrate in the soles for texture. If you're stuck choosing between the Dawn and the Patrol with the slip-on collapsible shoe, you'll find that the Dawn has more distinct contrast accents and the styles tend to run a little more formal than the Patrol series. The Dawn colors are also a little more muted in hues that won't be out of style in a year or two.
